Look to the bottom of the blog for your role. We will be having lunchtime meetings in April to check up on how you're doing with your role AND to practice your pieces that you'll be performing for the Buskerfest.
Here's what you do for your role:
Ad - Create ads/post them around the school
Secretary - Record information at meetings and post it so the rest of the class can refer back to what we talked about.
Historian - Makes vital changes so last year's mistakes will not be repeated...also helps in commemorating the moment.
Webmaster - In charge of this website.
Director - Will create a list of EVERYONE'S skills and talents and post it on a google doc AND makes sure that all performers are notified of the meetings where we will get together to schedule and put together performance groups.
Photocopier - self-explanatory.
Party Planner - Will plan the after party. Please post a google doc and make sure everyone contributes some food for the party. The party will be on Feb 7 at lunch OR possibly afterschool.
Scout - Get the busker out of people! Adds to the google doc made by the Director. Must post the performer's EMAIL AND TALENT.
Treasurer - Keeps the funds earned by fundraising and buskering in a safe place...and counts it.
Supervisor - Makes sure that everyone gets to where they're supposed to be on the days of the buskering.
Tech - Helps with Stage Managers to make sure everything is set up properly AND maintains the conditions of the stage.
Stage Manager - Sets up for buskering.
Fundraiser - RAISE FUNDS HOWEVER POSSIBLE! If you need help, grab the class to help you.
Photographer - Takes photos and videos of the buskering. PLEASE EMAIL ME THE PHOTOS WITHIN A WEEK OF THE BUSKERFEST.
Hat-Passer - Grabs a hat or a container of some sort and follows the performers around collecting money. Gives money to the treasurer(s) after.
Producer - Helps out whichever section is in need of help
JOBS FOR EVERYONE:
